DBH Chiropractic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a chiropractic clinic located at 8842 N Union Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920, owned and operated by Dr. Daniel Brynestad-Heuser, DC. We provide chiropractic adjustments, non-surgical spinal decompression, Class 4 laser therapy, radial shockwave therapy, flexion/distraction, digital X-ray, and related wellness services.

The Website provides general information about our practice, conditions we treat, educational content, online booking, and access to information about our membership and care programs. All in-person clinical services are provided at our Colorado Springs location in accordance with Colorado law.

5. Payments, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Payments for services, the new patient special, memberships, or other programs may be processed through the Website, our online booking system, or in-clinic.

For recurring memberships and subscriptions:

You authorize us or our authorized payment processor to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
We provide clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms (including renewal, total charges, and cancellation) at the time of enrollment, consistent with Colorado law.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination

Cancellation policies for memberships and recurring services are detailed in your specific Membership Agreement. In general:

Cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing period upon proper notice.
Where enrollment occurred online, we aim to provide a straightforward online cancellation method in accordance with Colorado requirements.
We may offer a retention or “save” offer during the cancellation process, but you will always have a clear path to complete cancellation.

Appointment cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as disclosed at booking.

Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered or for past billing periods of memberships. Promotional offers (such as the new patient special) have their own terms. Contact us promptly with any billing concerns.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to memberships or services for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the Membership Agreement, or other good cause.

7. Online Booking, User Accounts, and Communications

Our online booking is currently facilitated through a third-party platform (such as Jane or similar). By using online booking, you agree to any applicable terms of that third-party provider in addition to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking or creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

We may send appointment reminders, confirmations, billing notices, or other service-related communications via email, text message (SMS), or phone. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You may opt out of text communications by replying STOP (or following instructions provided). Consent to communications is not a condition of purchasing services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, design, and software—is owned by DBH Chiropractic or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
