Recurring membership billing is authorized by you at enrollment. We provide clear disclosure of charges and renewal terms at signup in accordance with Colorado law. Specific billing details are in your Membership Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies for memberships and appointments are detailed in your Membership Agreement or disclosed at booking. Generally, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with proper notice. Refunds are limited and handled case-by-case. Contact us for assistance.

Our online booking is powered by a third-party platform (such as Jane App). You are responsible for accurate information and account security.
